I don’t know about your dad, but the last thing mine needs this Father’s Day is another tie that he’ll probably never wear! After all of these years, I know him well enough to know that nothing makes him happier than fixing things around the house. On the weekends he’ll gather up his tools, disappear for a while and then reappear to proudly tell everyone that he finally finished building the deck or that he unclogged the sink in the guest bathroom. That’s why this year the easy part was deciding that I want to give him the convenience of not having to aimlessly search for his tools when he needs them. The Ryobi 2-Tool Combo Kit is a great option because it includes a cordless drill, a circular saw and all of the necessary accessories like bits, batteries and a charger. But since my dad fancies himself to be somewhat of a DIY pro, I may just go with Ryobi’s 4-piece combo kit due to its larger battery charge capacity and its ergonomic design. But then again, the Dremel Multi-Max Kit would be great for all of his cutting and sanding projects and the Makita Combo Kit for his drilling projects. Decisions, decisions … No matter which kit I choose, all of these new tools will fit perfectly in his Husky 10-Drawer Tool Chest that he recently picked up for himself.
